Generic Optical Transceivers
Infiberone started R&D and production of hot-pluggable optical transceivers since 2006. With continuous technology accumulation, now we have created four core technology platforms: Optical simulation design & packaging technology, Thermal analysis technology & mechanical design, PCB high frequency SI simulation & design technology, and Software control & subsystem development technology; owned industry-comprehensive end-to-end product lines and overall solutions; capability of components and transceivers vertical integration, to meet customers’ different needs.
The whole series of generic optical transceivers have industrial/extended operating temperature range: -40-85℃/-20-85℃. Our company has a full set of reliability test equipment; and the products have passed the TELCORDIA GR - 468 - CORE reliability experiment and obtained CE, EMC, UL, RoHS and other related certifications.
Infiberone has built the complete generic optical transceivers SFP/CSFP/SFP+ product lines and HD video transceivers product line, of data rate covering 155M to 16G, supporting BIDI single fiber or double fiber CWDM transmission application, features including low power consumption, high integration, good compatibility and high reliability.
In recent ten years, the total shipment of Infiberone whole series of generic optical transceivers is 11 million pieces; the product FIT (Framework of Integrate Test) value is controlled at around 100; the corresponding MTBF (Mean Time between Failure) is 10 million hours, all these field data prove high quality stability and reliability of the products to win clients’ trust and cooperation.

Data Center Interconnection
Infiberone started R&D of high-speed data center optical interconnection products since 2011, released 10G/40G Gen1 active optical cables in that very year, and got deploy of Baidu data center since 2013. We officially launched 25G/100G Gen2 data center optical interconnection products, including:
· 100G QSFP28、100G CFP4/CFP2/CFP、40G QSFP+、25G SFP28 high-speed cloud optical transceivers;
· Direct Attach Cables (DAC): 10G SFP+/25G SFP28/40G QSFP+/56G QSFP+/100G QSFP28/120G CXP short distance interconnect cable assemblies;
· Active Optical Cables (AOC): 10G SFP+/25G SFP28/40G QSFP+/56G QSFP+/100G QSFP28/120G CXP optical interconnect cables.

HDMI & USB Optics
Gigalight started R&D and production of UHD 4K video no-compression transmission technology and USB3.0/3.1 Active Optical Cables since 2013. Rely on our four core technology platforms: Chip on Board （COB）optoelectronic device design & packaging technology, Single mode parallel optics design & precision manufacturing technology, Multimode parallel optics design & coupling technology, and high speed electric devices design & simulation & test technology, we have developed particular solution for optical transmission engine of UHD 4K passive transport , 10Gbps, and USB3.1, which solves the long-distance transmission difficulty of copper cable.
Presently, HDMI1.4 4K/12G-SDI 4K optical extenders, HDMI1.4 optical module, USB3.0/3.1 and HDMI1.4/2.0 AOC supplied by Gigalight, with these advantages: low power consumption, high cost efficiency, high integrity, good compatibility, and high stability, compose the reliable optical transmission solution for future 4K UHD digital home theater systems. Gigalight also supplies 3G-SDI/6G-SDI/12G-SDI video optical modules on the market of digital video broadcasting system. This product line consists of single Tx transmitter, single Rx receiver, transceiver and BIDI SFP types, fully meet the application needs of video broadcasting system.

Optical Passive Components
Since 2009, Infiberone began the R&D and production of passive components and subsystem. After years of technology accumulation, we have the capability of theory simulation of various lens and fiber, coupling loss calculation ability, wave optics and film optics simulation, and slab guide automated encapsulation and optical cold processing. Mating our full set of stress analysis model of whole glue process and process detail control, these capability enable our passive components to operate under industrial temperature -40-85℃.
Our company has a full set of reliability test equipment. The passive products all have passed reliability experiment of TELCORDIA GR - 1221 - CORE and GR-1209-CORE; IL and RL variation meet the requirements under the condition of double 85 experiment and enhanced of PCT experiment.
Now Infiberone has set up fully equipped optical passive product lines, including Optical waveguide divider PLC & CWDM/DWDM, Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG), MEMS optical attenuator, Optical Bypass System, and High-density MPO/MTP cables, cassette and panel for data center modular cabling system. All they have features like low insertion loss, small size, high integration and reliability.
For the recent 6 years, the total shipment of Infiberonet CWDM components and cassette is 3 million channels, of DWDM&AAWG components and cassette is 2 million channels, kinds of PLC is 1.8 million pieces, and optical switch and protection system is 100 thousand pieces. Our high-density cabling products are widely applied in various data centers around the world. FIT value of the passive products can be controlled around 100, the corresponding MTBF is 10 million hours, and all these field data prove high quality stability and reliability of the products to win clients’ trust and cooperation.

Transceiver Programmer & Test Tools
In order to provide more efficient online service, Infiberone releases handheld cloud encoder, which enables our clients to obtain real-time online compatible code programming services through Internet and flexibly configure SFP, SFP+ and XFP transceivers compatibility features, to realize transceivers compatible to the mainstream brand switch communication equipments on the market, so they have no necessary to purchase transceivers of different compatibility features for switches of different brands, obviously it can decrease clients’ stock quantity and meanwhile reduce operation cost. In addition, cloud encoder supports the initial channel setting of adjustable optical transceivers.
The cloud test instrument SFP+ (AOC) Checker has BERT (Bit Error Rate Test) and DDMI (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring Interface). It can be connected to Infiberone cloud service to realize online checking of 10G SFP+ (& 10G SFP+ AOC), then automatically upload the test data and report; thus it can offers clients remote diagnosis service for the modules to help them verify modules problems and timely after sale service.

MPO/MTP optical handheld polarity checker supports simultaneously by 2km distance the polarity detection on two kinds of optical fiber: 12 fibers single mode and multimode. It can test optical cable of 4, 8 and 12 fibers; one detection takes no more than 2 seconds; the built-in Li-battery has over 20 hours endurance.
